I'm a passionate software designer with a passion for making complex things simple for others. I have experience crafting user experiences from enterprise to startups. Currently, I'm tackling core products at Paylocity, ensuring a smooth experience for millions of workers around the world.
Before that, I honed my skills designing person-centric identity software at Maximus, simplifying the immigration application and document tracking process. I've also played a role in building tools for customers to book beauty professionals, a modern developer portal, and a retirement mobile application for employees.

What am I looking for?
I am highly interested in working with a Product team that understands the importance of accessible and inclusive design and one that loves to collaborate to get our best work into the world. I am passionate about discovering creative energy I didn't know I had and to inspire that in others on my team. My dream team and environment are those that are collaborative, innovative, honors rest and flexiblity (burnout is not cool), and one that pushes the entire team to be leaders in their own right.
In terms of products I'd like to work on, I'm really interested in the future of AI and machine learning on the user experience, voice UI experience design, and transparently, UI/UX for vehicles!
